Mindset and mental resilience are what separates good athletes from excellent ones. In order to realize our potential in sports, we must train both the external game and the internal game; the physical aspects and mental aspects alike.
My goal is to support you on the path to developing self-confidence, resilience, and inner peace that will help you feel good and see success – both in sports and life itself.
Coaches
Coaches are incredibly significant in advancing athletes toward their ambitions. These sessions will contribute to improving both the relationships between the teammates themselves, as well as the relationship between them and the coach, resolving conflicts and challenges, enhancing communicative skills, and developing leadership within the team.
Teams
Team sessions are customized to the particular team needs during the season.
They support the development of cohesion, group identity, effective and open communication between team members, and mental skills, to improve performance and overcome failure and adversity - both on a group and individual level.
Athletes
The sessions provide tools aimed to help athletes achieve optimal performance, realize abilities, and experience enjoyment of the sport even during critical moments.
Athletes will learn to create a space between stimulus and response - a centered space that always exists with us - and how to access it at any chosen time. From this space one can see the bigger picture, make improved decisions, and perform in Flow.
